SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At PRAIA by Dayanara Duran, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

• Orders within Colombia are processed and delivered within 6 to 10 business days, excluding carrier transit times.

• International orders are processed within 6 to 10 business days. Shipping transit times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

• All shipments are handled by trusted third-party carriers. While we work closely with our logistics partners, PRAIA by Dayanara Duran is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or unforeseen shipping disruptions caused by external carriers.

• Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete.

• Carrier companies may attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to PRAIA by Dayanara Duran. In such cases, additional shipping, return, and rescheduling costs may apply.

• Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.
