At PRAIA by Dayanara Duran, we want you to love every piece you receive.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• All original tags and hygiene protections must remain attached.

• Swimwear returns are only accepted if the hygiene liner remains intact.

• Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
