At PRAIA BY DAYANARA DURAN, we are committed to providing high-quality resort wear, swimwear, and vacation apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy below.

This Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

1.   ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Be free from stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Include all original packaging.
  • Include the original hygienic liner (for swimwear).
  • Be in the same condition in which they were received.

PRAIA reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Swimwear if:

  • The hygienic liner has been removed.
  • The item shows any sign of use.
  • The item has been washed.

Final Sale Items Market As:

  • Final Sale
  • Clearance
  • promotional closeout
  • Non-Returnable

are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective or shipped incorrectly.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

3. EXCHANGES

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • A different size.
  • A different color (subject to availability).
  • A different product of equal or greater value.

If the replacement item has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference before shipment.

If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

All exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

PRAIA WILL COVER RETURN SHIPPING IF:

The return results from:

  • A defective product.
  • A manufacturing defect.
  • An item different from what was ordered.
  • An incorrect size shipped by PRAIA.
  • An error made by PRAIA.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING IF:

The return results from:

  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference.
  • Product no longer wanted.
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

Before returning any product, customers must contact PRAIA and obtain a Return Authorization ("RA").

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

6. RETURN ADDRESS

PRAIA may designate a return facility within the United States or another authorized return location.

For customers located within the United States, PRAIA may provide a U.S.-based return address whenever available. PRAIA reserves the right to designate the most appropriate return facility based on operational requirements."

Customers must return merchandise only to the address provided in the Return Authorization instructions.

Returns sent to unauthorized addresses may not be accepted.

7. REFUND POLICY

Once the returned item is received and inspected, PRAIA will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the financial institution but generally occur within:

5–10 business days after approval.

8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify PRAIA within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photographs or other documentation.

Upon verification, PRAIA may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item;
  • Provide store credit; or
  • Issue a full refund.

9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer;
  • Failure to pay applicable duties, taxes, or import fees;
  • Failure to accept delivery;

PRAIA reserves the right to deduct all shipping, return shipping, customs, handling, and administrative costs from any refund issued.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, and other governmental charges.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.

Refunds will not include customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar governmental charges.

11. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact PRAIA first to attempt resolution of any concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a financial institution.

PRAIA reserves the right to provide transaction records, delivery confirmation, communications, and other supporting documentation in response to any dispute.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRAIA's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

PRAIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

13. POLICY CHANGES

PRAIA reserves the right to modify this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version posted on the website at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
