• For foreign countries the delivery time is 10 to 15 working days excluding shipping time.

• The place of shipment will be the address assigned by the customer at the time of purchase, therefore, PRAIA BEACHWEAR S.A.S. is exempt from any responsibility at the time of delivery.
• The carrier company will make a maximum of two delivery attempts, in case of not finally making the delivery the products will be returned to PRAIA BEACHWEAR SAS and the customer will be notified to coordinate the delivery again, and the costs of return,
rescheduling and additional shipments must be paid by the customer.
• The process of returning the product must be notified to PRAIA BEACHWEAR S.A.S. within 30 days after receiving the product.
• The products available in our SALE or SIMILAR PROMOTIONS are non-returnable.
• In case of receiving a defective product, with torn fabric or for any other reason, the quality department will take 5 working days, from the moment it arrives at the company to review and identify the causes or damage of the garments.
• The shipping cost for the return of the product will be assumed by the customer and then will be refunded.
• The customer must contact the advisor who attended her, and the product must be delivered with the following indications:

– It must be sent in good hygienic conditions.

• The term of the warranty of the products is 90 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this time, we do not accept claims of merchandise for any concept.

• The product must be sent in good hygienic conditions.
• In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in the law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
• The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with original labels and accessories, must not be used, washed, modified or altered.
