All terms and conditions set forth herein constitute a legally binding contract between you and PRAIA BEACHWEAR SAS, in all matters relating to the conditions of use of our shopping portals.

PURCHASING PROCESS

• If the purchase is made through the website, it is a requirement to register, identify yourself and introduce yourself as a customer on our website, it is not mandatory for purchases by WhatsApp or Instagram.

• Once you select the product to purchase you must cancel the total payment of the order.

• You will be notified by WhatsApp and / or email that the payment of your order has been received and has gone to production. At the time of dispatch of your order, an invoice will be sent.

• We do not work on measures, PRAIA BEACHWEAR S.A.S. provides a table of measures for the customer to be sure of the size you are ordering.

• It is important that in observations and specifications write if you have any particular requirement.

• We do not change designs or print, therefore, the customer must be sure of the selection of their products.

• The products purchased in promotion have no change.

• Orders received after 5:00 pm (Center Time) will be processed the next day, if it is a weekend, the order will be processed the next business day (considered business days Monday through Friday).

PAYMENT METHODS

• All payments through our website will be processed through EPAYCO and PAYPAL payment gateway.

• For purchases through social networks and WhatsApp, bank transfers are made through BANCOLOMBIA, ITAÚ and DAVIVIENDA and payment links through ZONAPAGOS, PAYPAL and EPAYCO.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

• The delivery time is from 8 to 15 working days in Colombia without counting delivery days.

• For foreign countries the delivery time is 10 to 15 working days excluding shipping time.

• The shipments are made with external carriers to the company PRAIA BEACHWEAR S.A.S., we are not responsible for losses and delays of external companies.

• The place of shipment will be the address assigned by the customer at the time of purchase, therefore, PRAIA BEACHWEAR S.A.S. is exempt from any responsibility at the time of delivery.

• The carrier company will make a maximum of two delivery attempts, in case of not finally making the delivery the products will be returned to PRAIA BEACHWEAR SAS and the customer will be notified to coordinate the delivery again, and the costs of return,
rescheduling and additional shipments must be paid by the customer.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

• The process of returning the product must be notified to PRAIA BEACHWEAR S.A.S. within 30 days after receiving the product.
• The products available in our SALE are non-returnable.

• In case of receiving a defective product, with torn fabric or for any other reason, the quality department will take 5 working days, from the moment it arrives at the company to review and identify the causes or damage of the garments.

• The shipping cost for the return of the product will be assumed by the customer and then will be refunded.

• The customer must contact the advisor who attended her, and the product must be delivered with the following indications:

– Keeping the original label.

– It must not be washed, used, modified, or altered.

– It must be sent in good hygienic conditions.


• If you choose a design at the time of purchase and it does not fit your size, you can return it, we will proceed to change the size, not the design or print.

WARRANTY POLICIES

• The term of the warranty of the products is 90 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this time, we do not accept claims of merchandise for any concept.

• Any warranty claim, after the garment has been used, will be analyzed by our Customer Service Department, which will respond as soon as possible.

• The product must be sent in good hygienic conditions.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in the law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

• The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with original labels and accessories, must not be used, washed, modified or altered.

• The rights of withdrawal (money back) can only be managed as long as the sale has been made through the online store.

• PRAIA BEACHWEAR SAS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transport.
