• The carrier company will make a maximum of two delivery attempts, in case of not finally making the delivery the products will be returned to PRAIA BEACHWEAR SAS and the customer will be notified to coordinate the delivery again, and the costs of return, rescheduling and additional shipments must be paid by the customer.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
• The process of returning the product must be notified to PRAIABEACHWEAR S.A.S.within 30 days after receiving the product. • The products available in ourSALEorSIMILAR PROMOTIONSare non-returnable.
• In case of receiving a defective product, with torn fabric or for any other reason, the quality department will take 5 working days, from the moment it arrives at the company to review and identify the causes or damage of the garments.
• The shipping cost for the return of the product will be assumed by the customer and then will be refunded.
